Shipping Policy:
We are not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. All damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We are also not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if your plans change, you may modify your order as long as production has not yet started.
Custom Orders:
When placing an order for custom items, please provide the date you need the order to arrive, not the date of your event. If the provided date coincides with your event, we are not responsible for any delays that may prevent the items from arriving on time.
For orders totaling $300 or more, a signed contract will be required.
For orders over $300, we may also require a photo ID and a matching credit/debit card for verification at our discretion to prevent fraudulent orders. Alternatively, payment can be made through Zelle. Please contact us via email if you’d prefer to use Zelle.
Proof & Approval Policy:
Please be as specific as possible when providing design instructions. Feel free to send inspiration photos, invitations, or examples of designs to guide us.
We will always send a proof for your approval before printing your order. Minor changes (e.g., spelling corrections, small color adjustments, photo placement, font choice) can be made at no additional cost. However, major changes (e.g., theme changes, changing a previously edited photo, or making several design adjustments) will incur a $15+ design fee. You will have 72 hours to approve the proof; if no response is received within that time, the order will be printed and shipped as is.
Chargebacks:
We encourage you to contact us directly via email if you have any issues with your order. Our goal is to resolve all concerns amicably. However, if you file a chargeback with your bank, you will no longer be able to place orders with Pressd Kustoms, and any future orders will be canceled. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action.
