Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Most of our items are handcrafted to order.

The current production time for custom party favors is 2-4 weeks. Shipping is scheduled based on your required delivery date, so please provide the date you’d like your order to arrive—not the date of your event.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if you need to update your order, such as changing the theme or items, you may do so as long as production hasn't begun.
